Their project

NAJ has supported the jewellery industry for over 156 years. Today its members rely on it for advice, training and a trusted Code of Conduct. The public relies on it to find a reputable jeweller or valuer.

That is a lot for one website to do. NAJ needed a single place where members could find resources and services, consumers could check a member or find a jeweller, and learners could explore JET qualifications and courses.

Our Approach

We started by listening to how different people use NAJ: members, consumers, students and employers. [Confirm what we actually did, for example discovery, content structure, member area, directories, integrations, migration.] We built the site to be fast, accessible and easy to use for members of every level of confidence with technology.
