Complaints are handled by the Network Administrator at Senior Internet Ltd. If a resolution cannot be reached complaints will then be escalated to the Technical Director and finally to the company CEO if required.

Complaints and abuse communications are taken very seriously and we will respond to these communications within 3 hours of first contact during standard working hours (9:00am - 5:30pm GMT Monday to Friday) or within 3 hours of the start of the next working day if communications are received outside of these times.

Our domain management service is included as part of your hosting service charge. You will be charged a standard fee per domain of £50 for a 2 year period for .uk domains. Pricing for .com, .org, .gov etc domains can vary and a quote can be supplied upon request.

When a domain is due to expire you will be contacted one month before the renewal date, if we receive no response regarding cancellation of the domains specified, the domains will be automatically renewed. If you decide you no longer need a domain or would like to transfer a domain to a new provider, please contact you account manager. The cancellation or transfer of domains is provided free of charge.
