Account Manager
Job purpose:
Senior Internet is an award-winning full-service digital marketing agency specialising in delivering digital transformation projects for charities, not-for-profit organisations and trade associations. You will join a friendly, vibrant but very focused team that offers its clients industry-leading products and amazing customer service.
Accountabilities and activities:
Achieve all financial and performance-related KPIs.
Create and deliver a plan that meets or exceeds budget by retaining current accounts, increasing client loyalty and upselling/cross-selling our products and services.
Manage a pool of 40+ accounts, regularly maintaining contact and reporting on successes, progress and concerns.
Manage a sales pipeline of opportunities ensuring accurate forecasts are maintained in the CRM.
Work with the pre-sales team to book client training sessions and online demonstrations.
This role is entirely focused on account management, you will be expected to up-sell and cross-sell to clients, nurturing those accounts and bringing them closer to our product portfolio.
The candidate
We are looking for positive, confident, articulate and passionate people. The ideal account manager will have:
A self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
Prior experience in account management or business development.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, telephone and written).
Experience in working in a web design or digital marketing agency would be beneficial.
Open to applicants with relevant experience who need to work part-time or flexible hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- account management: 2 years (preferred)
