Account Manager

Job purpose:

Senior Internet is an award-winning full-service digital marketing agency specialising in delivering digital transformation projects for charities, not-for-profit organisations and trade associations. You will join a friendly, vibrant but very focused team that offers its clients industry-leading products and amazing customer service.

Accountabilities and activities:

Achieve all financial and performance-related KPIs.

Create and deliver a plan that meets or exceeds budget by retaining current accounts, increasing client loyalty and upselling/cross-selling our products and services.

Manage a pool of 40+ accounts, regularly maintaining contact and reporting on successes, progress and concerns.

Manage a sales pipeline of opportunities ensuring accurate forecasts are maintained in the CRM.

Work with the pre-sales team to book client training sessions and online demonstrations.

This role is entirely focused on account management, you will be expected to up-sell and cross-sell to clients, nurturing those accounts and bringing them closer to our product portfolio.

The candidate

We are looking for positive, confident, articulate and passionate people. The ideal account manager will have:

A self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.

Prior experience in account management or business development.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, telephone and written).

Experience in working in a web design or digital marketing agency would be beneficial.

Open to applicants with relevant experience who need to work part-time or flexible hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Business Development Manager

Senior Internet is an award-winning full-service digital marketing agency specialising in delivering digital transformation projects for charities, not-for-profit organisations and trade associations.

We are looking for an experienced Business/Commercial Manager to join the team. This will effectively be for a managerial position in the company so will require some significant experience in a leadership or management role.

Objectives of this Role

Sales

- Meet monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate leads and build relationships
- Refine existing services offering and develop new services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from inception to closure; prospecting, discovery, inbound leads, proposal, close and retaining clients
- Build strong, long-last relationships with prospects, demonstrating how Senior Internet Lt will impact their business.

Operations

- Have full autonomy over day-to-day business operations.
- Be the final escalation point for customers
- Ensure that the team is motivated to deliver on client projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and refine business processes and ensure that they are communicated, understood and followed.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract the right new clients as well as develop new business opportunities with existing client accounts
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the various service offerings and be able to conduct meetings and demos highlighting product benefits.
- Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
- Having an excellent knowledge of our product portfolio and an understanding of the industry through keeping up to date with technical developments, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Working with the team to:
      Provide an active continuous voice on social media
      Regularly improve and expand the company’s website

Skills and Qualifications

- A proven track record of commercial sales achievement
- Experience working in a web or digital marketing agency
- Experience leading a team and developing performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills
- Personal integrity
- Strong networking, business development, prospecting and presentation skills
- Confidence in calling leads daily via phone
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Approachable, team-oriented, and capable of building strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Ability to measure own performance using sales pipelines, metrics and forecasts
- Self-motivated, ambitious entrepreneurial and results-driven
- Able to write and review sales proposals with some experience in bid and tender processes
